HOW TO APPLY A PATTERN seamlessly

Use the selection tool and click on the area that you would like to fill with the pattern. At the Swatches panel, click on the pattern square of your preference. All patterns are named and numbered. Click on that swatch to fill the selected shape with the pattern. Deselect the shape by clicking the grey area of your workspace.

HOW TO EDIT A PATTERN

In the Swatches panel, double-click the pattern swatch you want to edit to open the Pattern Options. In this panel, you can change the color of the pattern, change the tile type, specify the size of the tile, and more. When you are happy with the result, click “Done” at the top of your screen.
